Refund Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This Policy applies to paid enrollments confirmed by DataBridge Core. Pricing pages on this website are informational only; payments occur through invoices or arrangements outside the site.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not accessed downloadable studio packs. After that window, partial refunds may apply as described below.

Timeframe for requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date or before the cohort midpoint, whichever comes first, unless required otherwise by Malaysian consumer law.

Full and partial refunds

Full refund: cancellation ≥14 days before start, materials unused. Partial refund (50% of tuition): cancellation between 13 days and 48 hours before start. After the first live session begins, tuition is non-refundable except for documented medical or relocation exceptions reviewed case by case.

Non-refundable items

Third-party tool licenses, privately printed kits, and completed Command Studio discovery workshops are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email contact@databridge-core.digital with your full name, invoice reference, program name, and reason. We acknowledge within three business days and confirm the decision within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add a few days.

Cancellations by DataBridge Core

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

We may offer goodwill credits when service delivery is materially disrupted for reasons within our control. Credits are not cash unless required by law.
