Team meeting with sticky notes and laptop

Most channel fights are not about math. They are about a board that only shows last-click winners. When your Data Visualization and Analytics Platform for Cross-Channel Sales Analytics leads with a single victor column, people defend their budget with volume instead of contribution.

In Channel Clarity Lab we ask learners to demote “winner” charts. Put assisted conversion beside them, with a short annotation that names what assistance means this quarter — coupon exposure, short-form view-through, or store pickup after an ad click.

Show the overlap, not the trophy

A simple overlap table beats a heroic funnel. List orders touched by two or more channels, then show contribution after fees. The room calms when everyone can see the shared Ringgit instead of arguing over who “owns” it.

Write the limitation on the board

If you cannot measure view-through cleanly, say so in the annotation. Hidden caveats become weapons in the meeting; visible caveats become design constraints for next sprint.
